The new Decorative Arts class schedule has 2 photography related classes/lectures club members might be interested in:
Pinhole Camera ages 16 and up
Saturdays |November 4, 11, 18 |10:00 am – 12 noon

Take and develop photos with a pinhole camera that you have made in class. Working with Teaching artist Dan King you will explore this historic method of photography and learn some basic film development.

What We See in Southern Ohio Landscapes: Looking Closely at Our Photographs
An artist talk by Daniel King

This lecture will discuss pictures of Southern Ohio made from the early 1900s through today, with a focus on a historic connection between photography and the highway, and how travel influences the way we imagine the places we live, work, and play. Daniel King teaches photographic arts at Columbus College of Art & Design, and works at Ohio University in Athens.
